Bank statement PDF to Excel
TD and RBC bank-original text PDFs become a typed Excel workbook. Scans are not supported and the uploaded file is not saved.
Upload a bank-original statement, review every extracted row, then download an Excel workbook with typed dates, numeric money columns, balances, and source row references.
Supported now
TD and RBC statements, read without AI.
The converter recognizes the current TD Canada Trust chequing and RBC Business Account layouts represented by the initial supported samples. A statement in any other layout is not read here. Signed in on the Complete plan, LedgerLodge can read an unfamiliar text layout with AI as a draft you check row by row, kept only when its cited rows and balance equation pass server checks.
Privacy and limits
- The PDF is not saved. It is parsed for this response and creates no account or bookkeeping record.
- No AI on this page. TD and RBC statements are read by built-in handlers, and nothing you upload here is sent to an AI service.
- No OCR. Scans, photographs, and image-only PDFs are not supported.
- No password-protected files. A permission-protected file that opens without a password is acceptable.
- Check the workbook. This converter organizes bank facts; it does not classify transactions or provide tax advice.
Getting your records out of something else?
What a change of bookkeeping system actually requires — the records stay your responsibility, not the old provider’s — and what has to come across before you close the old account.
